Air rescue vehicles are special machines with plenty of tasks to perform at an airport, mainly, eliminating dangers related to air transport. Therefore, there is a great number of parameters that need to be taken into consideration in the process of designing. The conception of the vehicle employs modern technologies to improve the effectiveness of the work of the whole unit. This is why the authors used a drone with cameras (including a thermal imaging camera) to shorten the time of scanning the area and to systematically monitor the events. Another interesting element used in the project is the head‑up display on the front window screen, enabling the efficient use of water‑foam monitors in extinguishing fires. The vehicle has been designed in collaboration with experts in the field of specialty vehicles engineering. The project takes into account the actual production conditions.
