In the project, the designers connect two different communities: the people who cannot hear and those who can. The project aimed at children with hearing loss and their hearing parents fills in the gap in the publishing market in Poland. The games and books encourage users to learn the Polish Sign Language together thanks to their playful character. While playing or looking at the books, parent use signs responding to given illustrations and children repeat them to learn the vocabulary. This way, both parents and children try to overcome and eliminate communication barriers which affect their relationship. The authors of the project have cooperated with teachers of the hearing impaired, speech therapists, people with hearing loss, parents, children, and representatives of the Polish Association of the Deaf. The series comprises books, jigsaws, a memory game, and special boards.
