Motion Book is a picture book illustrated in 3D. It is based on Franny and Zooey: a collection of two stories by J.D. Salinger, the American writer famous for The Catcher in the Rye. Thanks to the innovative form of the book, the illustrations come to life. Readers can use their smartphones to scan the pages with the Artivive application and view the content in a fully animated version. The author made all the puppets, costumes, sets, and other elements of the design on her own. Then, she used stop-motion animation to bring the created world to life.
