Ingenio is a vertical gramophone. Its author wanted to reinterpret the form of a traditional gramophone and treat it not only as a functional object but also as a decoration. She made use of the traditional technology employed during the production of vinyl record players, but she placed it in the vertical position. The main body of the machine is made of flexible plywood, which became a construction material this way. The set also includes speakers to guarantee the stability of the device.
