This is a project of a mobile midwife workstation including a bag and a baby scale. The bag is designed with better organisation of the equipment in mind and protects it from damage. As the scale is small, it is easy to transport in a special compartment. The bag frame is made of aluminium, so the midwife can place the measuring device securely on the bag if no other flat surface is available. This way, the midwife avoids placing the scale on the floor and can work in a more comfortable position when examining the baby. Another integral part of the project is a mobile app which helps in scheduling appointments, monitoring the child’s health, and checking up on the parents’ wellbeing. The solution streamlines the process, providing crucial and reliable information about the home visit procedures and the newborn baby’s health.
