The hydrotherapy stand forms a part of a sensory garden for young people with disabilities, located in the educational and medical centre for children and teenagers “Zameczek” in Rudołtowice. The project is comprised of closed-circuit water channels and four distribution panels. The stand can be operated both by therapists and children. The contrasting colours and hues of particular elements are visible to the users with visual impairment and they do not affect the kids who are hypersensitive to sense stimuli. The project is adapted to the needs of people on wheelchairs. Hydrotherapy is good for physical fitness, stimulates hearing, touch, and vision, and has relaxing properties.
