This family of three scripts is designed for job prints. As the designer notes, the Toolbox name comes from the fact that “the result of our work depends on the tools we use.” The design is based on an imaginary toolbox. All the styles of the type share a common skeleton. They differ in the parameters of the chosen tool, which draws the letter according to the construction provided. The change in “tool” alters not only the thickness of the elements creating the type characters, but also their contrasts, and proportions. The user has a choice of broad nib, brush and pointed pen at his/her disposal.
