The Memora hanging lamp is a design which is marked by an interesting dynamic, gained through simple technological methods. At the same time, the design has a poetic idea, which the designer calls the philosophy of memory. When the light is turned on, the piece changes shape and size. Through the warmth that is emitted, the lampshade opens like a flower in the space of a minute. When the light is extinguished, the construction ribs (made of nitinol) close in fifteen minutes. The material makes the opening and closing slow and fluid.
