The film is a response to the author’s call to action in the face of climate change: its goal is to overcome people’s inertia and lethargy and motivate them to confront the environmental threats. The video presents nature as a closed-loop system, with humans as one of the elements in the system. The main theme of the project is circular economy, contrasted with linear economy and set in the context of capitalism. The message is presented as an explainer video which combines educational content with social impact. The atmosphere in the film is built through stop-motion animation and 2D motion design graphics. The ideas presented by the designer do not offer a complete solution to the problem but they may serve as the first step towards transformation.
