Travelling around the world is becoming increasingly accessible, also for people with mobility impairments. However, there are still not enough projects of functional bags or suitcases for this group of travellers. This system consists of fastening elements and two hand luggage bags, which can be easily installed on the wheelchair’s frame with their handles. Thanks to this, the accompanying person does not have to carry so much. What is more, the system reduces the discomfort experienced by the wheelchair user, who is usually forced to keep the bags on his or her lap. The fastenings enable turning the assembled bag to the front to move easily through narrow passages as well as placing it on the user’s back when the wheelchair is folded for transportation. The bag is harder on one side, so it does not lose its shape after packing or get caught in the wheels. A stiff zipped flap ensures easy opening.
